Return / Refund and Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your choice of The Khamma Ghani Hotel. Please take note of our Reservation and Cancellation Policy for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out:

Subject to availability and may incur additional charges directly payable to the hotel.

Credit Card Holder:

The credit card used for booking must be under the name of one of the travelers.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel 7 days before your arrival date after depositing the full advance amount, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date will result in a 50% refund of the deposited amount.

Refund will take 15 days.

Check-in time is from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Check-out time is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
It is mandatory for ALL guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.
The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travelers.
Once you deposit Full advance amount in our bank and you give us a cancellation 7 days before your arrival date we refund your full amount. If you cancel in 7 days then we refund 50% of the amount.

Refund will take 15 days.
